Version 5 - minor visual update

I added a few models to get started on characters interiors . 

saving should still work for everything I have done hasn't changed anything so taking the save file from the last version and putting it into the new one shouldn't cause any problems.

• with that said Tabitha now has a house you can enter as well as the previous places you can enter has now been revamped to not look so barren.
• I have heard complaints that people didn't know where the shipping ben was so I have added a Hud to make it easier to find my apologies and thanks for the input everyone that has had this problem.
• Tool animations are back in I figured out how to get them to work again so now you can see them, these are scheduled to change for I am not that satisfied with them.
• did some visual changes with the lighting nothing major but it's something to not make the game look as bland as it did before
